Letter From Membership VP
Being a part of Alpha Xi Delta has been the highlight of my college experience. Two years ago I never would have thought that I’d be so involved with this organization, but early on I realized how much I could receive from this fraternity. Alpha Xi Delta has allowed me to realize my potential and to be dedicated to service, scholarship, and leadership. Coming into college, I wasn’t one to take on leadership roles, but here I am now, leading a group of 150 amazing women and guiding them in finding more members who hold the true values of AxiD.
AxiD has provided me with countless opportunities which include getting involved with Autism Speaks and interacting with the families of children who are on the spectrum, meeting women who inspire me to be the best person I could be, and helping me find my place at Marquette. Alpha Xi Delta has helped to shape me into the person that I am today by helping me to live out my values that align with the values of our sorority. I have met women who I am proud to call my friends and sisters, and they have brought out the leader in me. But still, the question remains: why choose Alpha Xi Delta? There is no doubt in my mind that this experience could be your own and Alpha Xi Delta could be the place that many of you may soon call home. Without AxiD, my life would feel incomplete and my Marquette experience would have not have been as worthwhile.
